Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Traffic violations : The renter of the vehicles will be responsible for all fines resulting from traffic violations (including parking tickets) during the time of the rental. As a courtesy, Kernow Kampers will ensure that all tickets and fines are paid in timely fashion if the renter provides the ticket and payment.

Availability : Every effort will be made to ensure that the vehicle reserved will be available, however, if due to unavoidable circumstances the reserved vehicle is not available, Kernow Kampers reserves the right to substitute that vehicle with another.

Cleaning of Vehicles : The vehicles must be returned clean inside. If the cleanliness is not upto Kernow Kampers standards, including stains on upholstery, a charge of £10 per hour will be levied from the security deposit. Outside washing is not required, unless check-in procedure cannot be performed due to dirt on the vehicle.

Fuel : The vehicles are provided to the renter with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same way. Or the fuel cost will be levied from the security deposit

Pick Up : Vehicles can be collected on Sunday after 10am.

Drop off : Vehicles must be returned by 6pm on Saturday. There will be a charge £25 per hour if the vehicle is overdue.

Early return : Kernow Kampers will not pay any refunds for rentals returned prior to the arranged return date.

Refund/repairs : All replacement parts or repairs in excess of £50 require prior authorisation from Kernow Kampers. Please note that refunds can only be made upon presentation of a proper receipt.

Security Deposit : A deposit is required while the vehicle is on rent and is returnable upon inspection on return.

Suitcase Storage : Free storage of luggage at owner’s risk.

Car Storage : Free storage for duration of hire at owner’s risk.
